#409 Are you involved with your organization’s annual impact report?

Now is the time for nonprofit organizations to compile their annual impact reports.

The annual impact report is a powerful tool for grant writers. I use it in the following ways:

  • An excuse to reach out to grant funders and prep them for my next application
  • A supplemental document to include with grant applications to showcase impact
  • And, most importantly, a way to highlight their contribution

The last part is what I am working on right now…

This week, I kicked off our annual grant calendar offer, and we have already booked several grant calendars. These sell out fast every year, so reply to this email and order today.

We only have 2 SPOTS LEFT.

This week, I am sending a list of our 2025 grant funders to each client, urging them to include the list and a note of appreciation in our annual impact reports.

I let my EDs know that this show of gratitude can help us get future funding, especially from corporate funders.

I urge you to include this in your 2025 report- it matters.

And, as a reminder, if you need to create a grant strategy and calendar for 2026, subscribe to Instrumentl today and take advantage of the 21 day trial. Then, save $100 if you decide to subscribe.

Until next time,
