#177 Invite funders to experience your impact in person…

The more we can differentiate our organization and find ways to stand out to funders, the more successful we will be as grant writers.

There is one small incentive I add to every local grant application I submit on behalf of my clients and I believe it gives me a slight advantage.

Limited Time Offer- ONLY 3 Spots Available

After receiving several emails suggesting that I offer grant research and vetting services, I have decided to offer a 2025 grant calendar to 10 nonprofit organizations/grant writers. (As of today, I only have 3 more spots available, so reach out quickly)

I am obsessed with grant research and a meticulous vetter. If you love writing grants but don’t love researching and vetting them, this could be a match made in heaven.

How Does It Work?

If you would like to get started, send an email to hello@writeepicgrants.com or reply to this email. I will schedule a discovery call with you to learn all the things about your organization. Then, I will send you an invoice and get to work. You will receive a super convenient list of grant opportunities organized by month with links, deadlines, and other important details.

Pricing

Since this is a new service and I can only handle 10 organizations right now, pricing is discounted:

6-Month Calendar (5 grants per month= 30): $450

12-Month Calendar (5 grants per month= 60 grants): $720

Email with questions or to get started.

What is the incentive? It costs nothing and is a show of transparency.

I personally invite them to something.

One of my clients recently built a beautiful facility. I invite them to tour the facility.

Another client offers adaptive recreation, and I invite the funders on a boat trip or other recreational excursion.

I invite prospective funders of another client to an end-of-season championship game.

The invite will depend on your organization and provided services, but I have noticed one important thing—if I can get them to commit to the personal invite and get them “in the door,” nine times out of ten, they will fund the organization.

Experiencing impact in person is so much more powerful than reading about it.

Extend the invite and see what happens.

Until next time,
