Many proposals don’t fail because they’re poorly written.
They fail because they’re poorly framed.
The difference?
Weak framing:
“We provide services to help our community.”
Stronger framing:
“We address [specific problem] by delivering [specific solution], resulting in [measurable outcome].”
Related: Craft measurable outcomes that impress grant reviewers

Same work.
Different approach.
Action step:
✅ Define the problem in concrete terms
✅ Tie every activity to an outcome
✅ Remove anything that doesn’t directly support your case
Funders aren’t looking for more words.
They’re looking for clarity.
